Administrative Pastor
Mike Osborne joined the staff as Administrative Pastor on May 1, 2003. Even before accepting this position, Mike and his family have been a part of Colonial Heights Baptist. The family joined in 1990 and during this time Mike has been staff evangelist and also served for five years as part-time Associate Pastor. He also served as interim prior to the arrival of Dr. Hahn. Mike and his wife Sue have been married since 1975 and have a son and a daughter-in-law, Shay and Sarah. They are also the proud grandparents of Micah Nathaniel and Naomi Ruth. Mike is a graduate of Averett College with a degree in Business Management and of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity degree. He has been pastor of several churches, as well as serving many years as an itinerant evangelist. Mike also worked for several years in the business world before surrendering to the ministry. This combination is what God has used to prepare him for his role here. For relaxation, the entire family enjoys camping, especially at the beach.
